The global pandemic increased the market's demand for healthcare personnel; this brand connects healthcare facilities to healthcare workers.
The Challenge
There are numerous companies that handle the hiring of healthcare personnel. How can I make this brand appealing while also ensuring that users understand that the target audience is the facilities and employees?
Solution
To use simple language with double meanings so that it speaks directly to both sides when they interact with the brand.
My Success Strategy
As the only Ux writer in charge of the webcopy I focused on researching brands that catered to both of our target audience, created case studies to profile the brand and set its tone and voice.
It is critical that the website homepage answers questions about what the brand does, how it does it, and backs it up with testimonials and reputable partners to whom they have catered.
This solution did not work right away; there were times when I had to rewrite a certain copy because it was not conveying the intended message or was interfering with page alignment. I had to call designers and developers at various points during the final input to ensure everything turned out good.
Taskville
Taskville is a service provider-to-customer matching application. It enables regulated service provision, has a rating system, and an integrated secure payment gateway.
The Challenge
Creating catchy sentences for screens that resonate with users and retain the necessary message.
Solution
A simple user interaction map with Call to Actions in appropriate spaces influencing decisions.
My Success Strategy
It was simple to create a user persona and case studies for this brand because convenience is something that many people value these days. However, I needed to use words to ensure that service providers and procurers could perform their activities with ease.
Eko Care
Eko care is a non-emergency ambulatory service that wants visitors to their website to know that they are quick, precise, and concerned about their customers.
The Challenge
Instilling trust in the brand's activities in website visitors so that they can use the brand for non-emergency ambulatory trips.
Solution
Use empathic language to build trust and explain the brand's services to users through appropriate CTAs and information request forms.
My Success Strategy
It was critical to ensure that the website was simple to understand and navigate. I provided detailed information about the brand, how they transport patients, how they use words to influence trust, and how they make it client-centered.
Pearlz Consulting
Data security is critical to a company's success and the protection of user data. Pearlz Consulting is a databank brand that assists brands in protecting their online data from hacking and other cybersecurity threats.
The Challenge
How to explain what a databank is and why it is important to a typical business owner so that they can contact the brand for advice. How can I make data security more approachable and appealing?
Solution
To discuss important services that the brand provides to business owners, use short, simple, explanatory sentences. To convey as much information as possible in as few words as possible.
My Success Strategy
As the sole Ux writer in charge of the webcopy, I concentrated on databank functions, arming myself with sufficient knowledge of the importance, functions so I know how best to present this information.
It is critical that the website homepage answers questions about what services the brand provides, how they provide them, and testimonials from brands that currently use them for security.
Feetee Coach
Finances are an important part of our culture; it is not often discussed, but it is widely accepted that anyone who hacks finances has also hacked life. Feetee is a finance coach who focuses on teaching the black community how to better manage their finances.
The Challenge
This brand is owned by a single person, but she wanted to give the impression that it is a team. She also wanted to educate new and existing audiences outside of consultations without having to run a blog.
Solution
Use social media to increase brand visibility. Make sure her website includes information about her counseling services and how to book her.
My Success Strategy
On the website homepage, I included information that answers questions about what the brand does, sessions she offers testimonials and grateful and success stories of satisfied people who have taken sessions.
